When Martha chose me to capture her family’s Newborn Photography journey, I was so excited. I felt like I had won a prize! I remember telling her that she was every Photographer’s dream client. She got in touch early in pregnancy and wanted someone to document their whole journey. Knowing how many amazing Photographers there are in Charlotte, when she finally reached out saying she wanted me to capture it all – I was ecstatic!

After photographing their Gender Reveal, two Maternity Sessions (one with family and one just Mama), and their Fresh 48, it was bittersweet when the day finally came for our Newborn Session, because I knew this was the last of the series! But just like all of their other sessions, their Newborn Photography Session went beyond amazing.

Alayla was so beautiful and so sweet for our whole session. The love that surround her there was so strong, it made it easy to capture the amazing connections that I love to photograph in my Newborn Photography Sessions. I adore when you can just tell how in love a husband and wife are, even after years of life and 3 kids together later… clearly their love was transferred to their beautiful girls. I will forever cherish these photos and the memories that we created over the many months of working together.

And I know this won’t be the last time I see the Olvera Family 🙂
