We were all wondering if Stella Grace was going to be a Christmas baby with her Mama’s Due Date so close to Christmas. I wasn’t sure if I was going to be photographing her newborn session as my last session of 2018 or my first session of 2019. But she made her big entrance just 3 days prior to Christmas! Which gave us enough time for Fresh 48 photos before Christmas Eve AND get their family home to be all together Christmas morning!

Stella has a connection with me that is more then just a Newborn I photograph. Her Auntie is my best friend, like BEST friend for 29 years, since I was just a baby myself.. When I first started to really dive in to Newborn Photography following the birth of my son, Stella’s older sister Scarlette was the first newborn I got to photograph who wasn’t my own child. Granted I was a few weeks postpartum myself and so new in this field of Newborn Photography, Scarlette’s photos unfortunately are not really photos I am proud of… but now almost three years later Stella comes along and I have grown so much! These are some photos I am definitely proud to share! We were able to squeeze in her Newborn Session just before New Years – making her officially my last Newborn of 2018!
