After capturing the Olvera amazing gender reveal back in November, I had waited a long time to finally get to meet again for our Maternity Session! Of course, this mid-March day was an extremely windy and chilly day (the real feel was in the low 30s) and Martha’s beautiful maternity dress did not get completed in time. So instead of just rescheduling all together last minute, I suggested we do a quick mini-session with the family (since everyone was ready to go and she really wanted some photos for her baby shower that weekend), and then reschedule another mini-session when her dress was ready and we could spend some time focusing on just Mama and capture some solo maternity images.

Luckily, Martha was totally down and Dad and the girls were so on-point, they made it easy to do a beautiful quick session and get them back to the warm car. We literally had the girls drop their coats off to the side and run in for a few quick frames and then run out to get their warm coats back on. I have never been more impressed, they had it down to a T by the end of it! And from looking at these photos, you’d never know everyone was freezing their noses off – what do you think?!
