Just a few months before I met Christina for our maternity session, she had successfully packed up her family and moved halfway across the country – while being pregnant and keeping up with little Henry (who was just barley a year and a half himself). Now I have a little guy, CJ, who is just over a year and a half, so I know they are so much fun and at the same time so very exhausting. I can’t imagine having to deal with the stress of such a big move and keeping up a little one, AND being pregnant, but somehow Christina did it all! She’s obviously some kind of Super Mom 🙂
She was worried at first, especially being new to the area, of finding a good location in early December that wasn’t just barren trees and dull browns. But I always have awesome locations up my sleeve! We went to my favorite local spot and were able to capture beautiful photos in the bamboo forest, the tall weeds, and the wooded trails. I loved being able to capture such variety in such a small space. And since Christina wanted to focus a lot on Henry, for his second birthday in just a few weeks, it was a perfect balance during our hour session to play with the family together, with handsome Henry solo, and of course grabbing some gorgeous maternity shots of Christina and Baby Nora in her belly. I just had such a blast with the family and so happy with these images!
