Claire may win the award for the best porcelain baby skin ever! I never know what to expect when I walk into every new client’s home, especially when I know there will be a few older brothers and sister that will be watching me work and waiting for their turn. And after meeting the Hanson Family, I don’t think I’ve ever seen a more well behaved group of kiddos! They were so good and patient when I arrived to set up, watching and asking questions as I took over their home with all my “stuff”. And Claire followed right in suite; so sweet and peaceful the whole time!

I like to try to capture family/siblings shots first during a Newborn Session, so the young ones can be off the hook while I take my time doing the posed part of our session. Everyone was so perfect and all smiles, we knocked those out in no time! Then we had plenty of time to spend with just Claire, capturing her big debut to the world! Mama told me all the other kiddos were photographed by the same Photographer in Raleigh, where they used to live. So first off, I was so happy to be chosen to capture their newest addition here in Charlotte, and I loved that I was able to capture a similar style photo Mama requested to match a series she had of all her other children.
