This northeastern couple turned Charlotteans welcomed twins – one boy and one girl to join their fur baby, golden retriever Stella and quickly turn them into a family of five! Mom and dad included a personalized outfit and we made sure to get tiny toes holding the felt hearts – one of their requests!
