Anderson’s 6-Month Baby Photos & Family Christmas Portraits at the Chen Family Home

And 6 months later he’s back! I first met Baby Anderson when he arrived in this world for his Fresh 48 and Newborn photos of him and his beautiful parents, Andy and Kelsey Chen. Now six months later, that tiny little baby has turned into such a handsome little boy with the best baby rolls ever!

I first met Andy (Anderson’s Dad) when I started going to his yoga class, and was so bummed when he decided to stop teaching as he got ready for his son to be born. On the upside, he put me in touch with his wife to talk about taking Newborn Photos of Anderson when he came in June, which went great! And, lucky me, I didn’t have to wait too long after Anderson was born, and I first met Kelsey, before she took over instructing that very same class! Because of that, I’ve been able to hear little snip-its of the first few months of Anderson’s life and how he’s growing fast! When fall came around and Kelsey realized she hadn’t planned any family photos yet, she reached out to me so we could make it happen around Thanksgiving when extended family was in town. In planning this session, she told me she wanted to get some Milestone shots of Anderson and play around with the fact that it was his First Christmas! Kelsey showed me something she wanted to try and capture with a naked baby bum and I was super excited. I love getting to play around with themed photo shoots, and I couldn’t have asked for a better baby model. Anderson was such a trooper through all the family photos and Christmas fun! I’m sure he was pooped by the end of it all – I know I was!
